"My 3 Quotes (Ryan Carey) went over to our rental house that needed a new roof. He measured everything and then found the three best quotes he could get and emailed them to me. I had called a couple of places on my own but the prices seemed high to me and I didn't have a clue as to what would be involved in replacing a roof. When Ryan offered to get three quotes for me, I figured what do I have to lose? Ryan did all of the leg work, got three quotes, and I decided on Hoffman Weber to do the work. Ryan brought samples of the roof tiles to my home in Shakopee, (the house that needed the new roof was our rental home in Brooklyn Park) explained all the roofing lingo to me, and wrote out the contract. I didn't have to do anything in the process. Ryan was very professional and courteous and kept in touch with me through the entire process."

This guy is for real. When I found the information on My 3 Quotes, I received two other window replacement bids on my own. The quotes from contractors I requested myself were $8,000 to 9,000 MORE than each of the quotes Ryan provided. Same number of windows, same brand, same style, same everything. Call him. Ryan is incredibly patient and helpful and knowledgeable and is not lying when he says he can get a better price for your project.

All the quotes from Ryan's contacts were in the same ballpark, too. Then it was simply a matter of researching the contractor to decide which was the best fit. It's a great service!

Ryan visited my house and we discussed which window manufacturer had the best replacement windows for me. As an "independent broker" he wasn't tied to any particular manufacturer and gave me sound advice without a big sales pitch. We came to an agreement on what I needed in windows, then he had three different companies bid on the job. I had perfect apples-to-apples comparisons without having three sales pitches. This service saved me a lot of time, and money too. The company that won the bid paid Ryan a commission,so this service cost me nothing. I'll certainly be using him again.
